With Rent-to-Own, you progressively build equity in your Derksen building while enjoying the convenience of having it located securely on your property. Additionally, this program is flexible, with no penalties for early payoff, ensuring that once the rental term concludes, ownership of the building seamlessly transfers to you.

WARRANTY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Derksen assures quality through a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship for our standard product line, and a 3-year limited warranty for our Best Value series.
